Gulmohar Clubhouse, Rama Greens

At the heart of the development is a 54,000 square-foot clubhouse, featuring thoughtfully designed furniture that enhances both style and comfort. Designed by Architects Sandeep Khosla and Amaresh Anand, bespoke furniture, custom-created by AKFD, further enhances the design narrative.

In the restaurant, custom pendant lights and exclusive chair designs, crafted by AKFD in collaboration with Sandeep Khosla and Amaresh Anand, add sophistication and warmth. Housed in a semicircle the restaurant is ensconced in a curtain of green, IRAA restaurant at our Gulmohar Clubhouse at Rama Greens Raipur is designed as a versatile meeting space.

In the library, a communal table crafted from sheesham wood takes center stage, surrounded by Rib dining chairs from AKFD. Overhead, custom-made banana fiber and cane lights, also designed by AKFD, adds an organic touch. The intricate side tables made with wood marquetry and bone inlay, that bring an element of craft to the space.

A flowing screen, custom-developed for the project, allows light and ventilation while creating private conversation areas within the library. The screen flows seamlessly into the wall and continues into the library shelves and built-in seating. Constructed in solid oak, the beautifully crafted screen will age gracefully and serve as the visual signature of the space.

The Code shelf from the AKFD retail range houses an array of books and objects, while custom-developed furniture creates islands of conversation within the space. All the furniture in this area has been developed by AKFD.

The screen, as a motif continues into the dining area as a back for the reception table. the suspended custom light continues the play of arcs. The Sled and the TOB chairs from the AKFD Retail range were upholstered in colors that went with the space, and the double bell lamps were painted in a powder blue to continue the theme. The marble topped tables were developed to be reconfigured to the space when needed.

The rest of the bar area has small 4 seater dining tables surrounded by armchairs from the Sled Range.

The wonderfully lit reception area boasts of a reception table carved out of solid Sadarhalli granite. The Arcus Range and the Bimb Range from the AKFD Retail range celebrate the scale of this area.

A sinuous sofa wraps around the wall of the spa reception area, and a section of a large log recalls the rough beauty of nature. Lounge seating in the restaurant area is made comfortable with custom furniture from AKFD.

Custom made Tazia lamps in bamboo and paper float effortlessly above A gigantic slab of wood, which in turn sits on the Link table base . the chairs are part of the Rib chair range, all from AKFD Retail.

The console and the lamps above it were developed for the project, The console is a bone and wood inlay extravaganza.

A custom made bar counter, fronted with emerald green tiles echoes the green of the landscape. Custom made paper amd brass lamps cast a soft glow in the evenings, while patrons rest comfortably on the Sled Bar Stool.

The Pool area is surrounded by outdoor furniture, custom developed for the project.
