Ayush Kasliwal Design Studio (AKDS) is a multidisciplinary design practice based in Jaipur, working across spaces, products, and installations.The studio is driven by research-led thinking, where each project begins with understanding and is carried through with clarity rather than spectacle.
Our Approach
AKDS is a multidisciplinary architecture and design practice shaped by context, material, and use. Each project is developed through structured thinking and close engagement with programme and place.The work prioritises clarity, constructability, and longevity resulting in environments that are coherent, enduring, and quietly confident.
What we do
AKDS operates as the design studio within the larger AKFD ecosystem. Its work informs and overlaps with AKFD’s project execution and Anantaya’s retail and product collections, while remaining an independent practice focused on spatial and conceptual work.
Space Design
Architecture and interior design for hospitality, retail, residential, wellness, and institutional spaces. Projects are driven by experience, movement, materiality, and long-term performance.
Layout Planning
Detailed spatial planning that balances circulation, functionality, services, and atmosphere. Layouts are developed with a strong understanding of real-world use, operations, and maintenance.
Furniture and Interior Design
Design of furniture, lighting, and objects developed for specific spaces or broader collections. These pieces often transition between bespoke project requirements and scalable production.
Custom Installation
Large-scale, site-specific installations for public spaces, cultural venues, exhibitions, and infrastructure, blending craftsmanship with engineering and contemporary fabrication.
