Ground Floor
The journey begins in a double-height reception and waiting area, where grand scale and proportion set an immediate tone of openness, prestige, and warm welcome. From here, two symmetrical “marketplace” galleries invite visitors to engage with smaller jewelry pieces in an environment reminiscent of a curated museum, fostering a sense of discovery, intimacy, and personal connection.
At the core lies the Navratna section—positioned directly opposite the vertical circulation to serve as a symbolic anchor of tradition and auspiciousness—while expansive gold display halls flank either side, establishing a rhythm of grandeur and abundance. A sleek, oblong, folded-plate staircase rises as both a sculptural centerpiece and an elegant transition to the upper floors. Supporting functions, including billing, evaluation, the MD cabin, the strongroom, and the pantry, are strategically tucked away to enable seamless operations while preserving the purity of the customer experience.
This welcoming entrance is framed by warm wooden columns and glass partitions, leading the eye toward a central Ganesha idol poised gracefully on a pedestal. Beneath, polished marble flooring reflects the glow of chandelier lighting, while refined furniture creates an atmosphere of timeless elegance, seamlessly blending rich tradition with contemporary sophistication.

First Floor
The Polki gallery overlooks the soaring, double-height reception, creating an immediate dialogue between architectural grandeur and heritage—a view as timeless as the jewels themselves. At the core of this level, the Solitaire desk and surrounding diamond displays define the heart of the floor, envisioned as luminous, crystalline chambers where light and reflection beautifully amplify the brilliance of each piece.
Moving inward, a central lobby effortlessly organizes circulation, leading to two private bridal rooms. Conceived as sanctuaries of indulgence and intimacy, these rooms offer families an immersive, deeply memorable experience. Within this level, an intimate alcove serves as a dedicated space for focused interaction and display. This alcove features a intricately patterned ceiling, a grid of softly illuminated display shelves, and a central seating arrangement anchored by a round table atop a traditional rug. Here, the masterful blend of contemporary detailing and classical accents creates an inviting, ultra-refined environment.
To ensure both flawless comfort and operational efficiency, supporting amenities—including guest facilities, a strongroom, and a pantry—are seamlessly integrated, preserving the space's pure atmosphere of luxury.
Second Floor
The second floor unfolds as a world of architectural contrasts and exquisite craftsmanship, anchored by the Patwa desk at its center. On either side of the lift bay, elegant arched portals lead into two distinct yet complementary realms: Silver and Pearls.
The Silver section celebrates abundance and diversity. Full-height wooden storage shelves create a backdrop of rich depth, while a central, sculptural counter highlights silver’s transformation into pure art. In beautiful contrast, the Pearl section is defined by organic softness and fluidity. Curved jesmonite panels and fabric-clad magnetic displays establish an atmosphere of delicacy and refinement, inviting the jewels to be touched and appreciated up close. Overhead, Barrisol lighting unifies both spaces, casting a calm, even luminosity that beautifully enhances the displays.
Beyond the customer areas, the floor transitions seamlessly into the operational heart of the showroom. Workstations, IT facilities, staff amenities, storage, and a kitchen are strategically located here, supported by a discreet rear mall-side access that ensures peak operational efficiency without ever disrupting the luxury retail experience.
