At AKFD, each product is carefully inspected and packaged prior to dispatch. Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order, and limited-production nature of many of our products, refunds are only offered under specific circumstances outlined below.

Unboxing Requirement

To process any damage or defect-related claim, customers are required to provide:

• a clear uninterrupted unboxing video
• visible packaging and shipping label
• supporting photographs of the issue

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable for:

• minor variations in colour, texture, grain, or finish due to handcrafted processes or natural materials
• change of mind after purchase
• delays caused by logistics partners or external circumstances
• customised, personalised, or made-to-order products

Resolution Process

Refund Timeline
