The Piramal House, located in Worli, belongs to industrialists Swati and Ajay Piramal. The residence rises seven stories high and features a grand central staircase that extends from the basement—three levels below ground—to the fifth floor and the main entrance.

The entire railing system was designed and constructed by AKFD to a brief developed by the architects, One Of A Kind, Dubai. Crafted in brass, glass, and wood, the railing was designed to withstand Mumbai’s extreme weather conditions while maintaining the desired aesthetic language.

The project encompassed the design, manufacture, and installation of the railing system.
