Basant Bahar - Inspired by Lucknowʼs Basant Panchami celebrations, the installation creates a cheerful atmosphere for departing passengers using abstract flowers. Beyond its cultural significance, it seamlessly combines ancient craftsmanship with modern design.
Skylights - A total of 13 skylights, each positioned 60 feet from the ground, grace the terminalʼs expansive ceiling. Crafted through meticulous parametric design and structural calculations, they provide both aesthetic beauty and structural integrity.
Swaagat - As one of the first artworks to greet arriving visitors at the Lucknow airport, the Swaagat Wall installation beautifully layers Lucknowʼs traditions, crafted in hexagonal-shaped tiles wrapped with patterns embossed in brass sheets, it is made using the traditional Pittan technique.
Chikankari - For the wall at Check-in, Chikankari, a traditional craft of Lucknow, was chosen. The delicate motifs of Chikankari embroidery were etched onto a solid acrylic surface, illuminated from behind to accentuate the intricate patterns. CCS Airport, Lucknow.
