Ayush Kasliwal has Graduate from the National Institute of Design - Ahmedabad and is India’s leading design thinker and practitioner and advocates for artisans. Ayush has been a Panelist, Speaker, Faculty, Jury member at prestigious national and international forums including ICFF at New York and the BBC Arts Hour. His versatility in design is expressed through various projects including hospitality, installations, graphics, products and exhibition. He has been recognized nationally and internationally by several prestigious awards, including the LEXUS Design Award, AD 100, Kyoorius Design Award and EDIDA. He has licensed products to MATER, a Danish ethical design house and Edison Nouveau Objects (ENO) and has also collaborated with many architects on projects and installations. He is passionate about Design and Crafts, and incorporates them in all spheres of life.
Jyoti Kasliwal is a born organizer. She grew up in Indore, and had done her BA in 1969. After her Marriage to Dr Ashok Kasliwal, she continued her studies, finishing her MA in Sociology. In 1978, She, along with Ashok moved to Ghana, West Africa, where she taught modern maths at the District girls school. On coming back to India in 1985, she started learning computer science, and completed her diploma being the First Lady holding the degree. After a life changing accident, she started Vatsalya, an inclusive education format in Jaipur. In 1998, she joined Ayush in establishing the enterprise. She heads the finance and administrative functions at AKDPL.
Geetanjali Kasliwal is the Co-founder and Managing Director at AKDPL & Anantaya. A graduate architect from TVB School of Habitat Studies, New Delhi, Geetanjali post-graduated in management from ISB Goldman Sachs BIMTECH in 2013. She was awarded 100 Wommanovators of India by COWE, Women Of Future by FICCI Flo amongst others. She has also Co-founded ‘Maahi Roj’ - the world’s first festival centered around Sustainable practices for the Earth. Geetanjali has been a Panelist, Speaker, Jury member, at prestigious national forums including CEPT, World Craft Council, National Crafts Seminar and the Bangalore Design Festival She has brought her design sensibility, organizational skills and modern approach to the craft sector of the Indian economy. Her core belief is to ‘Be an agent of change with an eye on future while deeply rooted in a distinctive past'.
Jeet Singh Chauhan is working as Retail and Sales Manager in AKFD. He is Graduate and Software person and has a experience of 15 years in sales and retail. He directly and indirectly oversees the organization's sales policies. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Devansh Pareek, graduated from ICFAI University in 2013 with a master's degree in Marketing & Project management. Before and during college he has been working for profit and nonprofit sector. After completion of Graduation degree, he joined financial group as a Team Leader in Customer Retention area where he earned award of 'TL of the month' in very short span of time. Later he moved to a Design, Development and Installation company and started career in projects reporting directly to Young Entrepreneur and designer Mr. Ayush Kasliwal. He handled projects in various fields like Hospitality, Airports, Educational Infrastructure.
Mr.Rakesh Chouhan is a qualified HR professional with 11 years of experience in HR and administration. He did his Masters's in Business administration from the Rajasthan Technical University of Kota in 2011. He started from a family business of furniture manufacturing and got exposure to the industry at an early age. He has in-depth knowledge of HR functions, systems, and processes, independent handling of key positions, social compliance, and managing large teams.
Rajshree Rathore is working as Retails and sales Manager in AnanTaya. She is a Post graduate and an Interior designer having an experience of 17 years She is the Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base.
Charvi Jain, is an architect graduated from ASA, Jaipur. Engaged with the early days of AKFD's architectural endeavors, she has since been working in delivering personalized spaces. Her design philosophy lies in understanding client's personal needs and creating architectural and interior solutions best fit for the location. She works in designing, execution and styling of residences, hospitality and ephemeral set-ups. Her love of traveling and culinary art reflects consistently in her works.
Sachin Jain is Export Business Development Manager at AKFD, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in the Furniture Industry. Hailing from Jaipur, Sachin possesses a profound understanding of the city's potential, particularly in the area of furniture. Sachin's background in merchandising and sourcing has provided him with a valuable professional foundation. His strong affinity for good design motivated his decision to join AKFD. With his great cooking skills with creamy white pasta & mast-masala Paneer have made him the team's favourite hunger buddy!
Abhishek Pareek is the Production Manager at AKFD. He graduated with BBA from Rajasthan University and pursued his post-graduation MBA with a specialization in finance from Jaipur National University. Additionally, he obtained a Master's degree in Social Welfare (MSW) from Maharaj Vinayak Global University. Abhishek Pareek also underwent training at Gamba Academy, focusing on management techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Lean Management. Abhishek has embarked on a new chapter in his life, he is a father to a cute little munchkin and the team wishes him all the luck and love.
